Courageous

Yesterday, the movie "Courageous" was scheduled for release, so I wanted to show the trailer of the movie and its official music video by Casting Crowns, along with two snippet clips that the film-makers released. The movie, "Courageous" was made by the film-makers who created Fireproof, and it looks like it will be a great movie!

I Will Worship You

I Will Worship You
By R. Andrew

I will worship you, my Lord.
Time will not ever separate my trust in you.
Though the days may fade, and hard trials come my way; Lord, I will worship you.

Stormy weathers may make me frown, but my
heart still wears its crown.
So long fears, you cannot hold me down.
My Lord, I will worship you.

Lord, I will treasure you throughout my days.
Lord, my heart sings to you with all my praise.
Though our time is short, before this old world becomes no more, with all my life, Lord, I will worship you.

Psalm 121

“I raise my eyes toward the mountains.
       Where will my help come from?
              My help comes from the LORD,
                      the Maker of heaven and earth.

    He will not allow your foot to slip;
        your Protector will not slumber.
             Indeed, the Protector of Israel does not slumber or sleep.
                  The LORD protects you;
                        the LORD is a shelter right by your side.

        The sun will not strike you by day,
              or the moon by night.
                  The LORD will protect you from all harm;
                        He will protect your life.
                            The LORD will protect your coming and going
                                        both now and forever.”

Meaning of Words

Here's a clip of Christian comedian Brad Stine on the topic of placing meaning to words - even to words that we think are taboo and should never say. His point of view is that we think certain words are terrible simply because we make them appear as though they are terrible. I think the clip is amusing, and though he jokes about the issues in the video, what he says does have a point.
